Rustin Swim Coach Remains Out on Bail

A Common Pleas Court judge rejects a request by the prosecution to overturn the former Rustin swim coach's bail.

The Daily Local reports that a Common Pleas Court judge rejected a request by the prosecution in the Rustin swim coach case to overturn the bail for Kenneth Fuller after he allegedly made contact with the victim after his arrest.

According to the Daily Local:

Following a two-hour hearing, Judge David Bortner said that although he believed there had been some level of impermissible communication between Kenneth Fuller and the teenage girl, he did not have enough evidence to send the man to Chester County Prison to await trial, as had been suggested by the prosecutor in the case.
