Rustin Swim Coach Arraignment Thursday
The former Rustin swim coach will have a formal arraignment for charges including institutional sexual assault.
Former Rustin swim coach Kenneth Fuller will appear in court on Thursday for his formal arraignment.
Fuller faces several charges of institutional sexual assault after he had sex with a underage member of his swim team three times between April 27 and May 5.
His arraignment is scheduled for June 14 at 9:30 a.m.
