Rustin Coach Waives Hearing

Former Rustin swim coach Kenneth Fuller waives his preliminary hearing and posts bail.

Former Rustin swim coach Kenneth Fuller waived his preliminary hearing on Tuesday after a bondsman posted his bail on Sunday, May 20.

Fuller's next appearence in court is scheduled for June 14 where he will be formally arraigned. 

Fuller stands accused of several counts of institutional sexual assault after he had sex with a female minor member of his swim team at Rustin.

Fuller allegedly had sex with the minor on three separate occasions between April 27 and May 5.

According to police, Fuller also provided the minor with alcohol on each occasion where they had sex.
