Report: Former West Chester Elementary Teacher Senteced to 78 Months for Child Porn
Former Penn Wood Elementary teacher David Devine was sentenced to 78 months in prison for possessing child pornography.
6ABC news reports that former teacher David Devine was sentenced to 78 months in prison for possession of over 600 images of child pornography and distributing videos of children being sexually abused.
According to 6ABC.com, police arrested Devine in August of 2010 after a tip call to the Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
