Report: DA vows hard line on O'Neill DUI charges

The Daily Local reports the District Attorney's office will take a hard stance on the O'Neil DUI charges.

West Chester First Assistant District Attorney Patrick Carmody told the on Monday that the DA's office would take the case against Sean O’Neil very seriously considering O'Neil's history.

O'Neil was arrested on suspicion of DUI early Wednesday morning after his car collided with two other cars and a resident's garage.  O'Neil also allegedly failed a field sobriety test at the scene.

According to the Daily Local, O'Neil also faced homicide charges in 2006 after a 17-year-old Delaware County resident was shot and killed by O'Neil at a party where drugs and alcohol were consumed.
