Police: Man Arrested for Public Drunkenness after Fight

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

Public Drunkenness: On Sept. 23, West Chester police responded to a report of a fight in the 100 block of East Gay Street at approximately 2:15 a.m.  Upon arrival at the scene, police located 28-year-old Boothwyn resident Michael Watson.  Police arrested Watson for alleged public drunkenness.  He was also allegedly found to be in possession of prescription drugs without a valid prescription or packaging.

DUI: On Sept. 29, police arrested 21-year-old Glen Mills resident Timothy Fox at approximately 2:35 a.m. after he allegedly failed field sobriety tests at a DUI checkpoint.

DUI: On Sept. 29, police arrested 20-year-old West Chester resident Jamie DiAntonio at approximately 4 a.m. for an alleged DUI and underage drinking.  Police allegedly observed DiAntonio driving the wrong way on a one-way street to avoid a DUI checkpoint.

I don't live in EG but have heard about how corrupt it is. Good for Lou for bringing this out. IRead More live up north in Chester county and this would never happen here. Common sense would tell you there's a conflict of interest here. What does this say to the residents?
