Police Blotter: Man Goes the Wrong Way on a One-Way, Twice
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
DUI: West Chester Police arrested 49-year-old Ephrata resident David Smith in the 200 block of South Creek Road on Jan. 5, at 7:09 p.m. for an alleged DUI and related traffic offenses.
DUI: Police arrested 22-year-old Paoli resident Jacob Canale on Dec. 30 at 1:51 a.m. for an alleged DUI. According to police, Canale was observed travelling the wrong way on two separate one-way streets. After failing field sobriety tests, Canale was taken into custody without incident.
DUI: Police arrested 21-year-old Kennett Square resident Paul Stengel on Jan. 4 for an alleged DUI after a one vehicle crash on the 50 block of South Bridge Road.
