Man Wanted for Assaulting Woman in the Street
Police are looking for a suspect who allegedly chased down a woman in the street and struck her.
Assault: On Dec. 18, West Chester police responded to the intersection of New and Chestnut Streets for a report of a male chasing a female around the area and striking her with his hands. West Chester police made contact with the victim who stated the suspect had struck her in the face and pulled her into the alley. West Chester police have attempted to locate the offender at his residence and his place of employment with negative results.
Miguel Barrios, 32, is wanted on charges of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and related charges. Barrios is described as five foot five inches tall weighing approximately 170 pounds. Barrios was last seen driving a blue Oldsmobile Silhouette minivan. He also owns a blue Ford Explorer.
