Man Struck with Beer Bottle at Kildare's

A man receives 36 staples after he was struck in the head with a beer bottle.

Simple Assault: On Jan. 6, at approximately 1:38 a.m., West Chester police officers were flagged down at the intersection of Church and Gay Street for the report of an assault victim inside Kildare’s Bar.  Officers were alerted to the actor by an employee of Kildare’s who identified the actor walking South on Church Street.  Officers stopped two individuals reported to have committed the assault.  One subject fled the area and was apprehended after a short foot pursuit.  The other subject was identified by the victim at the scene and arrested for simple assault and related charges.  The victim was taken to the Chester County Hospital Emergency Room where he received 36 staples in his head after he had been struck in the head by a beer bottle.

DUI: On Jan. 13, at 2:13 a.m. West Chester police arrester a 31-year-old resident of Philadelphia for an alleged DUI as a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Gay Street.
