Man Gets Life Sentence for West Chester Murder

A Chester man will live the rest of his life behind bars for his role in the killing of West Chester's Jamal Ahmed.

Sergio Droz, a 21-year-old Chester man, has been sentenced to life in prison for his role in the killing of a 24-year-old West Chester resident in 2013.

According to a report from The Daily Local and 6ABC, Droz was sentenced in Chester County Court on Jan 23. He will serve a life sentence without the possibility of parole. 

Droz was one of five men arrested and charged by the Chester County DA's office for the killing of Jamal Ahmed in January 2013. According to police. Ahmed was sitting in his car on Union Street when he was shot in the chest. He later died from gunshot wounds.
