Hearing Moved Again in Malvern Shooting Case
For the second time since his arrest, Merritt Dudas' court date has been moved.
Official charges are still pending in the case of Merrit Dudas, the Collegevile resident who was arrested in November for allegedly shooting and killing a 21-year-old Malvern man.
Dudas was set to appear in court Wednesday morning for a preliminary hearing and, potentially, to receive formal charges in connection to the shooting of Drew Furguson. According to court documents, his preliminary hearing has been pushed back and rescheduled for December 18 at 11 a.m.
This marks the second time Dudas’ court date has been moved since his Nov 19 arrest. He was set to appear in court on Nov 27 before his case was continued to Dec 11.
