Five Steal Man's Cell Phone, Police Say
The following information comes from the West Chester Police Department.
A West Chester man had his cell phone taken from him while walking in the borough, according to a report from the west Chester Police Department.
Police say the 20-year-old man was walking to his friend's house at 3 a.m. on Aug 25 when he was approached by five unknown men, who demanded that he surrender his cell phone. One of the men reportedly took the man's phone from his pocket by force, then all five fled the scene, police say.
The man was not injured, and police are investigating the incident.
