Trespass: On Jan. 26, at approximately 3:39 a.m., a 28-year-old man from Philadelphia was observed on the property of 201 South Matlack Street. Police took him into custody and charged him with criminal trespass. He was arrested in Sept. 2008 for the same crime.
Possession: On Jan. 17, West Chester police arrested a 29-year-old Exton resident after he was found to be in possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop in the 600 block of East Market Street.
