4 Arrested for Public Indecency in West Chester, Police Report

The arrests occurred between April 1 and April 7.

The West Chester Police Department says it made 29 arrests of individuals aged 18 to 25 from April 1 to April 7, according to Chief Scott Bohn. The arrests are reported as part of the borough's ongoing "Operation Vigilance" program.  

Police said the arrests break down by the following offenses (some individuals were charged with more than one offense):

  • Underage Drinking: 4                     
  • Public Drunkenness: 7
  • Disorderly Conduct: 3
  • Criminal Mischief: 1
  • Public Indecency: 4
  • Noise: 10
  • Open Container: 3
