30 Arrested in West Chester Crackdown

The arrests over seven days last week are part of the Borough's ongoing Operation Vigilance

 

The West Chester Police Department says a total of 30 people were arrested in the Borough as a result of West Chester's ongoing "Operation Vigilance" program.  

Police Chief Scott Bohn says the arrests break down by the following offenses:

  • Underage Drinking 3                 
  • Public Drunkenness: 10
  • Disorderly Conduct: 5
  • Criminal Mischief: 2
  • Public Indecency: 3
  • DUI: 2
  • Noise: 3
  • Open Container: 6
  • Harassment: 1
  • Trespassing: 2
  • Littering: 2
  • Drugs 1
  • Theft 1
