Malcolm Johnstone of the Business Improvement District has a done a great job promoting West Chester. Our borough is one of only two boroughs featured in this video promoting "Main Street PA." Note that many people, including the mayor, stress that West Chester is the "perfect small town." Yes, let's keep it small and perfect!
