Goshen Country Fair Kicks Off

Every summer since 1949, the Goshen Fire Company has hosted the Goshen Country Fair complete with rides, games and contests for the whole family.

This year is no different.

Starting July 30, and running until Saturday, the fair raises money for the Goshen Fire Company that serves both West and East Goshen Townships.

The fair also includes livestock contests where judges choose "the best of" many animals including cows, goats and rabbits.

The fair opens every evening at 6 p.m. except Saturday when the gates open at 5 p.m.  Thursday is also wristband night where fair-goers can pay money up front and go on as many rides as they want.
