Daytime Lane Closures on Southbound High Street in West Goshen

Construction continues on Route 202.

Southbound High Street (Bus. Route 322) will be reduced to one lane at the Route 202 overpass in West Goshen Township, Chester County on Monday through Friday (April 2-6) from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for overhead bridge painting, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced today.

This work is part of PennDOT’s $19.3 million project to improve 4.3 miles of Route 202 between the Route 100 Interchange and High Street (Bus. Route 322) in West Goshen and Westtown townships. Construction began in May 2010 and is scheduled to finish in May 2012.

Allan A. Myers, LP of Worcester, Montgomery County is the general contractor on the $19,377,081 project that is financed with 100 percent federal ARRA funds.
