House Hunt: What $1.3 Million Buys in West Chester

There are 10 open houses scheduled for the weekend of May 27 in the West Chester area, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.

The area's most expensive house is 203 Sage Hill Lane, which is listed at $1,350,000.

Homebuyers on a budget might want to look at 902 Paoli Pike, which is listed at $194,900.
