This is a gentle but powerful exercise to circulate and strengthen Qi in all the meridians. This exercise utilizes gentle movement combined with deep breathing to improve posture, structural alignment, breathing, immune balance and mental balance. The class is designed so that beginners and more experienced practitioners can enjoy the practice together.
Wear loose comfortable clothes and soft-soled shoes.
