Nature Awareness ~ Language of the Heart ~ Direction Perception
A dynamic engaging form of meditation sitting, standing and walking in various postures. You may find what form works best for you. Some may sit, some may walk, some may use individual postures or a combination.
Various breathing methods will be explored. The class will be outside, weather permitting, and inside as needed. Participants will use various earth-based techniques to quiet the everyday mind and expand the direct perception of the exterior and interior realms. After meditation there will be time to journal insights and share new awareness if you wish.
