No experience is necessary to participate in this unique dance class designed to foster personal growth among teenage girls in a supportive and judgment-free environment. Founder and dance teacher Nora Fitzgerald leads innovative, creative, and most importantly, fun sessions, exploring hip hop, jazz and funk set to upbeat, contemporary music. Her philosophy and style of teaching encourages young girls to feel good about their bodies and improve their self image without compromising their values. In this class, self-expression is valued, and participation and effort are rewarded.
Nora Fitzgerald is a Dance Teacher and Choreographer. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a BFA in Photography and Theater.
Schedule: During class there will be a focus on stretching, aerobic challenge, learning a daily dance routine and then some time to freestyle!
