Cooking Class: Stuffings A’sides

All turkey-talk aside, Thanksgiving dinner is all about the stuffing and sides!   Capturing both traditional and seasonal flavors, these recipes will become new favorites.  To start, you’ll sample -

  • chopped cucumber, pear and fennel salad

In this hands-on class you’ll make two to-rave about stuffings:

  • pumpkin stuffing
  • oyster seafood dressing  

Then stuffings a’side, you’ll make -

  • winter squash with spiced butter
  • slow roasted green beans with sage
  • mini herbed sweet pommes
  • citrus salad with fried rosemary and olives 

Recipes are always tailored to the season and include fresh, local ingredients. They may be altered based on ingredient availability.   All recipes will be provided.
