with West Chester’s Boxcar Brewery you’ll explore delicious flavors of cooking
with beer. In this hands-on class you’ll make -
- Boxcar Brown Ale fondue
- Sausage, shrimp & chicken zydeco gumbo
- Greens tossed with Boxcar Pumpkin Ale vinaigrette and pumpkin seeds
- Carrots and Brussels Sprouts in Boxcar Mango Ginger Indian Pale Ale beer-blanc
- Rasp-beery crepes
Recipes are
always tailored to the season and include fresh, local ingredients. They
may be altered based on ingredient availability. All recipes will
be provided.
