Pleas for Justice From a Heartbroken Family

The mother of a motorcyclist who died after police say he was hit by a drunken driver makes an emotional plea in his memory.

The family of 24-year-old Liam Crowley were in court Tuesday as a man with at least five DUI convictions on his record was charged with homicide in Crowley's death.

Liam Crowley was riding his motorcycle on Wilmington Pike/Route 202 when he was struck by a truck that police say turned into him and struck the motorcye. Crowley was airlifted to Paoli Hospital where he died two days later on April 28.

Bail for defendant Robert Elwood Landis, 49, of West Chester was set at $1 million cash.
