Overnight Turnpike Construction in Chesco

Expect a big traffic hassle on the PA Turnpike through Chester County Tuesday night and for the early Wednesday morning rush.

The PA Turnpike sent Patch this advisory Tuesday evening. If you use the turnpike overnight or in the early morning rush hours, take note.

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission advises motorists traveling westbound on the PA Turnpike (I-276) between the Valley Forge (Exit #326) and Rt. 29 E-ZPass Only (Exit #320) Interchanges, to be prepared for a single-lane traffic pattern to be in effect tonight, Tuesday (June 25)  from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. tomorrow morning.

At 8 p.m. construction crews will establish a single-lane pattern westbound, closing the right lane between milepost 322.4 – 320.2 during mill and pave operations until the pattern is lifted at 6 a.m. Wednesday morning.
