Where/When: Corner of Church and Chestnut Streets, Saturday, September 3, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Why Go: The West Chester Growers Market is open each Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. from May through November. Local farmers, crafters and bakers present specialty food items and produce, and musicians are often on hand to provide a fun, fair-like atmosphere. Many weeks include special activities for children, like ice cream giveaways or games.
