Why Go: West Chester East High School hosts a One Acts Festival beginning at 7:30pm each night. All plays are student written and directed.

Why Go: Kids and people who love movies for kids are invited to the 7th Annual West Chester Film Festival Children's Block. Films include "Don't Text and Drive", "Kidnap", "Life of a Soda Can", "Bait", "Alex and the Ghosts", "The Silence Beneath the Bark" and "Lego God of Love". Buy your tickets online. Purchase a Festival Pass for $50 and attend any and all blocks for one price!

Why Go: The West Chester University Playtime Players bring Aesop's and Grimm's fables to life for children ages 5 years and older. Doors open at 10:30 a.m. for this free event. No tickets are necessary, but seating is limited.

Why Go: Celebrate the arts (and the return of warm weather!) at the May Day Arts Festival at Everhart Park. Vendors include jewelry, home goods and art, as well as food and entertainment for the kids.
