Here's a list of some family-friendly events going on this week in West Chester

Sometimes it's hard to find things to do as a family.  So Patch wants to help.  Every week we are going to publish a list of the best family-freindly events going on in the area.  We're looking for things that are fun, close-by and cheap.

Why Go: Wear your most comfy pjs to Pajama Story Time at the West Chester Public Library. Children ages 2 and up and their families are invited to listen to West Chester University students read favorite bedtime stories. Don't forget your stuffed animal to cuddle!

Why Go: Watch high school students perform the classic fairytale set to Disney's famous music.

Pricing: $10 adults, $6 senoirs and students

Where/When: , Saturday, March 19 from 4-5:30 p.m., 5:45-7:30 p.m. and 7:45-9 p.m.

Why Go: The West Goshen Township Police Department and Ice Line Skating host a free Open Skate for area students. Students will receive a ticket for a free drink and pretzel. Registration is required.
