Where/When: Corner of North Church Street and West Market Street, Saturday, June 11 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Why Go: The West Chester Growers Market is open each Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. from May through November. Local farmers, crafters and bakers present specialty food items and produce, and musicians are often on hand to provide a fun, fair-like atmosphere. Many weeks include special activities for children, like ice cream giveaways or games.

Why Go: Support The Arc of Chester County as they host an Achievement Walk & Fun Day! Strollers, wheelchairs, bikes and wagons are all welcome to walk the 1 mile walk, while raising donations for The Arc. Then enjoy a catered lunch buffet along with a moonbounce, face painting, games and more. Visit their website to purchase your food package for Fun Day.
