West Chester-based QVC will have a new Chief Financial Officer beginning next month.

Ted Jastrzebski will oversee QVC’s enormous financial operations as CFO. He was appointed to the position left vacant last week by the retirement of Dan O'Connell, a 25-year QVC veteran. QVC announced O’Connell’s plan to retire in Spring 2013 back in August of 2012.
