I call abortion supporters nazis (and will continue to do so) because they, like the Germans of the 30's & 40's, have no problem doing away with innocent lives by declaring them not human. Mr.Blue, don't worry, I don't see you as a nazi. Most Germans were not Nazis, you are more like the guy in the street extending his arm crying "sieg heil" as der fuher drove by, with tears of joy running down your cheek. Yea, maybe I am a total jerk. So what?
And a decision to do nothing is still a decision.
Liberty 1, why all the endless lies? Overwhelming majority? The House had a number of Democrats from conservative districts who cared more about their careers than the interest of the country. Republicans obstrcuted and slowed down all that they could. Their tactic was soooo predictable. Plenty of Democrats were predicting they'd later claim Obama could have done anything he wanted to. From 2008 - 2010, all we heard was Republicans screaming Obama is going to fast and would make a mistake as a result. Now, they claim he didn't do anything when he had a chance. People have to be really stupid to fall for that.
Name one conservative left in the democrat party. A real conservative not just someone right of Pelosi or Obama. There are none. They were purged long ago. It is fun watching the undefendable being explained away by the unintellegent.
Mock the President if you will Matt, but only the dimmest bulbs on the string of lights would not get the President's point and/or believe the Republican propaganda and false representation of his comments.
The dog whistle campaign of insinuating that the President of the United States, (the first President who happens to be a man of color) steals and lies. He's not an American, he doesn't understand America, he's the food stamp president, how could he possibly have earned scholarships and attended elite educational institutions...we need to see his transcripts! Republican politicians embracing public disrespect of the Office of the President, by screaming out "you lie" during the Presidential State of the Union Address, and then rewarding ones self by taking money for that disrespectful behavior. Of course, for the first time in history we also have the Commander in Chief, who is publicly mocked by Republican politicians and their surrogates, after ordering the killing of bin Laden. Then come the repeated flat out lies at the Republican convention. To add to that Republican's at the State level have created voter ID laws based on promoting suspicion of minorities and young voters committing in person voter fraud.
Why is it that we never hear those Republican's who tout their family history of working hard and receiving government help to make their level of living conditions possible, saying thank you rather than dismissing and condemning. Why don't Republican's publicly recognize that they receive a public funded government pay check, gold plated health insurance, and a lucrative pension. Why don't Republican's mention all the connections to business opportunities, education institutions for their own children, and of course the jobs/ career opportunities that their children are afforded and score, because of their names. I would include the Democratic politicians in these comments. However, it is the Republican's who (pretend) that they are not government and they and their families do not reap great financial rewards, positions, and careers, curtesy of being a member of government.
McKnight wrote a letter for Obama that helped him get into Harvard. After he graduated, he worked for a Chicago civil-rights law firm that worked closely with McKnight’s radical Gamaliel Foundation and National People’s Action, as well as Acorn, to solicit lending-discrimination cases. At the time, NPA and Acorn were lobbying the Clinton administration to tighten enforcement of anti-redlining laws. They also dispatched bus loads of goons trained by Obama to the doorsteps of bankers to demand more home loans for minorities. Acorn even crashed the lobby of Citibank’s headquarters in New York and accused it of discriminating against blacks. The pressure worked. In 1994, Clinton’s top bank regulators signed a landmark anti-redlining policy that declared traditional mortgage underwriting standards racist and mandated banks apply easier lending rules for minorities.
His lead African-American client, Selma Buycks-Roberson, who was denied a loan due to bad credit and low income, got her mortgage only to default on it years later. She got a foreclosure notice in 2008, according to The Daily Caller website, along with many of her Chicago neighbors. By putting them on the hook for loans they couldn’t pay, Obama did them no favors. Blacks have been hit hardest by foreclosures. But what does Obama care? The Caller reports he pocketed at least $23,000 from the Citibank case. Today, he blames the devastating wealth drain in black communities on subprime mortgages. He says “greedy,” “predatory” lenders tricked poor minorities into paying higher fees and interest rates. But Obama was for subprime loans before he was against them. “Subprime loans started off as a good idea,” he said as those loans began to sour in 2007.
