Local Writers Say Thank You to Chester County Book and Music Company

A group of writers will visit the Chester County Book and Music Company Friday night.

Editor's Note: A version of this story appeared early in the week claiming that Lisa Loeb would be at the Chester County Book Store Friday night.  There will be a Lisa Loeb there, but not the one you think.  This Lisa Loeb is a local cookbook author.  I apologize for this error.

The Chester County Book and Music Company is hosting an "Authors Say Thank You Night" on Friday, Oct. 26 from 6-9 p.m. that will include visits from a slew of local authors and writers.

The night offers an opportunity for readers to meet and chat with their favorite writers as well as get book reccomendations and autographs.

The list of area writers includes: Cordelia France Biddle, Jen Bryant, Nero Blanc, Jim Breslin, Jessica Dimuzio, Merry Jones, Susan Beth Lehman, Lisa Loeb, Bruce Mowday, Kathye Fetsko Petrie, Jan Mulligan, Marc Schuster, Kelly Simmons, Gloria Slater, Chris Shaughness, Jerry Spinelli, Eileen Spinelli, Joelle Sterling, Laura Tamakosh, Walt Trizna and Steve Zettler.

The truth finally spoken in East Goshen! This is without a doubt a conflict of interest. Why wouldRead More anyone think it is appropriate for Battavio to be involved in this decision? Thanks for bringing this into the light.

I don't live in EG but have heard about how corrupt it is. Good for Lou for bringing this out. IRead More live up north in Chester county and this would never happen here. Common sense would tell you there's a conflict of interest here. What does this say to the residents?
