There are thirty-one open houses scheduled for the weekend of August 25-26 in the West Chester area, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.

The area's most expensive open house is located in Parker Preserve at 102 Anthony Way in West Chester and is listed at $1,359,000.

New on market is 203 Sage Hill Lane, a model home, which is listed at $1,325,000.

Homebuyers on a budget might want to check out 204 E Dutts Mill Way in West Chester, which is listed at $259,900.
