Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with Kildare's Irish Pub

Enjoy authentic Irish Traditions,

It's that time of year again, when people embrace their Irish roots, or pretend to be Irish to partake in the festivities. Whatever the case may be, there are many different options of where to celebrate and enjoy the traditions of St. Patrick's Day this year.

Every year, every bar, club and restaurant offers some kind of event or special that people can enjoy. With so many bars, including the traditional Irish bars in the area, it is often hard to choose where you would like to spend your green. However, if you are looking for a true, authentic Irish experience, you have to check out .

Kildare's in West Chester opened back in 2003. From the Irish brews, to the traditional food choices, to the friendly- kilt-wearing servers, it is a fun Irish experience.

When most people think of a bar or pub, they think drinks. Kildare's not only thinks drinks, but food as well. The dishes are authentically Irish while keeping the American preference in mind. The chefs of Kildare's were trained and schooled in Ireland to ensure the best tasting Irish food.

Some of the best known food at Kildare's are the BFG wings which are baked then fried and glazed in Jameson, served with bleu cheese, celery and carrots. Another Kildare's favorite is the Guinness Stew, which has meat, potatoes and vegetables in a Guinness sauce. During the entire month of March, there is a special St. Patrick's menu which offers Jameson Chicken and Shrimp, Guinness Poached Salmon, Bar-b-que Burgers, Beef and Cabbage, along with many other delicious entrees and appetizers.

After the eat and drink, be sure to hang out for some live entertainment. Local live bands perform weekly at Kildare's Irish Pub. This year on St. Patty's Day, the Celtic Rock Band, Jamison, will be performing at Kildare's of West Chester from 9pm-1am. Be sure to come out and enjoy a refreshing Irish brew in true Irish-style!
