Marty Hoban presents "Make and Take Animation Workshop: Low-Budget Pre-Cinema Toys & High Tech Wizardry", part of the West Chester Film Festival's free industry workshop. This workshop is geared toward young children but entertaining for all ages. It follows the Children's film block.
