The 7th Annual West Chester Film Festival presents a block of films including "Never Winter" (drama), "Kidnap" (animation), "Perry St"(comedy), "De Lucha Boys" (drama), "Make Me" (experimental/art), "Raymond & Lina" (drama), "Unfaithfully Yours" (drama) and "Urs" (animation).
