Where in West Chester is This Painting?

Thanks to Tom Hermansader for painting and sending this in to West Chester Patch. Here's the skinny, from Tom himself:

Three of the four individuals in the painting are West Chester graduates (Mike and Jackie Aliotta and Katie, Mike's girlfriend)  Mike is walking Kobie, his dog.  Jackie's boyfriend, Aaron, is a Kutztown University graduate.  Mike and Jackie's parents, Mike and Rina Aliotta, are walking the the Whispering archway.
