"A Princess Tea" at West Chester Public Library

Join Miss West Chester University as she hosts "A Princess Tea" at the West Chester Public Library. Princesses ages 4-8 years old will enjoy refreshments, stories and even an etiquette lesson. Don't forget to dress the part of a princess! Registration is required, and begins March 28, 2011.
