Susan Murphy Associates With Coldwell Banker Preferred in Exton

Corinne Heim, associate broker and manager of the Coldwell Banker Preferred Exton office, is pleased to announce that Susan Murphy has associated with the Coldwell Banker Preferred Exton office as a full-time sales associate.

A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Murphy has an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and was successfully employed as an elementary teacher for 20 years. During the nine years Murphy has spent in real estate, she has become a top producer in Chester County and surrounding areas.

Passionate about real estate and people, Murphy grew up in the business; her father was an investor who worked with a local real estate company. She was also encouraged to become a Realtor on the advice offered by her best friend.
