Zumba Gold Fitness Party!!!

East Goshen Township, 1580 Paoli Pike, West Chester, PA | Get Directions »
$65.00

The Zumba Gold program is especially for beginners and seniors. Zumba Fitness fuses Latin and international rhythms with easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that feels more like a disco party than a workout.  Very little motivation is required because when you hear the music, you can’t help but move!  Our goal is simple: we want you to love working out!  You can achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life.  The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt the total body while burning fat, especially targeting the mid-section.  Zumba fitness is so fun that it is now offered in over 100 countries worldwide.

Join us for 45 minutes of Zumba followed by 30 minutes of free weight toning, stretching and core exercises.
