      engage and captivate for life.&nbsp\; The routines feature interval
         training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to to
 ne and        sculpt the total body while burning fat\, especially targe
 ting the        mid-section.&nbsp\; Zumba&reg\; fitness is so fun that i
 t is now offered in over        100 countries worldwide.&nbsp\; Classes 
 will be held in the Community        Center.&nbsp\; Certified Zumba&reg\
