 12\, at 6:30pm the Radley Run Country Club will hold our 4th Historic Se
 minar.&nbsp\; This annual event is open to the public.\n&nbsp\;\nThe eve
 nt this year\, &ldquo\;Muskets and Petticoats&rdquo\;\, will include lit
 tle known facts about the relationship between General George Washington
  and the Marques de Lafayette.&nbsp\; To Washington\, Lafayette became t
 he son he never had and to Lafayette\, Washington became the father he n
 ever knew.&nbsp\; The evening will also focus on the often overlooked\, 
 yet important\, role women played in the American Revolution.&nbsp\; We 
 expect a full house for this exciting event that will cover events from 
 the Battle of the Brandywine on September 11\, 1777 through the winter a
 t Valley Forge.\n&nbsp\;\nAs always the proceeds from the event will ben
 efit charities.&nbsp\; The beneficiaries this year are all related to th
 e topic and include the Lafayette College Library\, the Chester County H
 istorical Society\, and Friends of Valley Forge Park.\n&nbsp\;\nAdmissio
 n to the event costs $20 per person.&nbsp\; Attendees are welcome to sta
 y for a buffet following the presentation for an additional $20 plus tax
  and gratuity.\n&nbsp\;\nTo make your reservation please call Radley Run
