 ce class  designed to foster personal growth among teenage girls in a su
 pportive  and judgment-free environment. Founder and dance teacher Nora 
 Fitzgerald  leads innovative\, creative\, and most importantly\, fun ses
 sions\,  exploring hip hop\, jazz and funk set to upbeat\, contemporary 
 music. Her  philosophy and style of teaching encourages young girls to f
 eel good  about their bodies and improve their self image without compro
 mising  their values. In this class\, self-expression is valued\, and  p
 articipation and effort are rewarded.\nNora Fitzgerald is a Dance  Teach
 er and Choreographer.&nbsp\; She is a graduate of the University of  Del
 aware with a BFA in Photography and Theater.\nSchedule: During  class th
 ere will be a focus on stretching\, aerobic challenge\, learning a  dail
 y dance routine and then some time to freestyle!\nAttire: Comfortable cl
