The Chester County Government Services Center is located off of Westtown Rd, and is the home to government offices not related to criminal justice or county management. Besides being home to the Chester County Health Center, the services building is also home to the Planning Commission, the Parks and Recreation Department and many others. The building is managed by the Department of Facilities.
