Simple Assault: On Sept. 22, West Chester police arrested 28-year-old Downingtown Resident Maya Johnson after she was allegedly observed striking another woman outside a bar on East Gay Street at approximately 1:22 a.m.

Simple Assault: On Sept. 26, at approximately 4:40 p.m., police responded to the 300 block of Hannum Avenue for a domestic disturbance.  During the course of the incident 24-year-old West Chester resident Veronica Gonzalez allegedly struck a police officer in the face.  Gonzalez was taken into custody and held for arraignment.
