Drinking Incidents Top West Chester Police Reports

At least 18 of the arrests were directly related to alcohol.

 

According to West Chester Police Chief Scott Bohn, the department made 28 arrests of individuals aged 18 to 25 from Feb. 11 to Feb. 17. The arrests are reported as part of the borough's ongoing "Operation Vigilance" program.  

These arrests break down by the following offenses:

  • Underage Drinking: 6                     
  • Public Drunkenness: 8
  • Open Container: 2
  • False ID: 1
  • Public Indecency: 4
  • DUI: 2
  • Disorderly Conduct: 7
  • Assault: 1
  • Drug Offenses: 1
  • Theft: 1
