West Chester Man Arrested for Jewelry Theft

West Chester resident Jason Hayes arrested for allegedly stealing over $30,000 in jewelry.

The Daily Local reports that West Goshen and Birmingham township police arrested 31-year-old West Chester resident Jason Hayes after he allegedly stole $30,000 worth of jewelry from two separate locations.

The Daily Local reports:

Jason Hayes, 31, allegedly stole $30,000 in jewelry from a home in Birmingham, where he was a guest at a party on Aug. 5, according to police. Police said he also allegedly stole several pieces of jewelry from Stuart Jewelers in the 900 block of Paoli Pike in West Goshen. Police said several items have been recovered and identified.
