Video: West Chester Students Protest Budget Cuts

Students gathered at the heart of campus to protest proposed budget cuts.

West Chester University gathered on campus Thursday to protest proposed budget cuts that would eliminate as much 20 percent of state funding to public universities.

Many students at the rally claimed that the budget proposals would severly limit future students' ability to attend college.

"An investment in education is an investment in our future," one student said.  "It is an investment in the commonwealth's future."
