Two Days Set for Hazardous Waste & Electronics Disposal
There are two days in October where residents can get rid of their hazardous and electronic waste.
The following is a press release from the West Chester Area School District.
Two days in October have been dedicated to helping area families properly dispose of hazardous waste materials and, in the other event, any obsolete or unwanted electronic devices, equipment, and accessories. As outlined below, the first date is Thursday, October 11th for electronics disposal, and the second is Saturday, October 13thfor hazardous waste materials.
10/11/12 Unwanted Electronics Drop Off Day
Communications Test Design, Inc. is located in West Chester, PA, and is partnering with Verizon to provide our local community with the opportunity to dispose of obsolete or unwanted electronics while protecting and preserving our environment.
The Electronics Recycling Event will be held on Thursday, October 11thfrom 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM at CTDI headquarters, which is located at 1373 Enterprise Drive, West Chester, PA 19380.
NOTE: This is a free event; there will be no charge for dropping off obsolete/unwanted electronic devices and equipment. This event is open to the public and we would like to extend a special invitation to all residents within the WCASD. For more information contact: 610-793-8326
